Why franchise partner access is free
Most tools bill per seat, which means giving fifty store owners visibility into their own launch is a budget decision. So teams don't do it, and go back to sending status updates by hand — which is the problem the software was bought to solve. Store Viewer accounts are read-only, scoped to one location, unlimited, and free on every plan, so that decision never comes up.

Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, forever, with no card required. It covers 6 team members and 1 active launch at a time, and includes the full checklist, approvals, mobile app, and activity trail. It's a real plan, not a trial — plenty of companies opening one store at a time never need to upgrade.
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are flat monthly prices, not per-seat. Pro and Plus both include unlimited team members — what changes between them is how many launches you can run at the same time.
What counts as an active launch?
A store launch that hasn't been completed or archived yet. Completed launches stay readable with their full history and don't count against your limit, so the constraint is how many openings you're running concurrently rather than how many you've ever done.
Do franchise partners need a paid seat?
No. Store Viewer accounts are read-only, scoped to a single location, unlimited, free on every plan including Free, and never count toward your member limit.
What happens if I hit my plan's launch limit?
You can complete or archive an active launch to free up a slot, or upgrade. Nothing is deleted and no data is locked when you're at the limit — you just can't start an additional concurrent launch.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are monthly, and you can change or cancel yours from the billing area after signing in. Cancelling leaves all your data intact — the account simply moves back to the Free plan's limits. Accounts we invoice directly rather than bill online are changed by getting in touch with us instead.
Is pricing different for larger franchise systems?
The published plans cover most teams, since they don't charge per seat. If you're running a franchise system large enough that Plus doesn't fit, get in touch and we'll work it out with you.
