Terms of Service

Welcome to FranchiseLaunch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FranchiseLaunch application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"), provided to the organization that created your account ("Organization"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your Organization.

1. Accounts. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. Your Organization's administrator can create, suspend, or remove accounts belonging to your Organization, and can see activity performed under those accounts.

2. Subscriptions and billing. Access to the Service beyond any trial period requires an active paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. If payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may restrict access to the Service until the subscription is brought current.

3. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another Organization's data, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Your content. Your Organization retains ownership of the tasks, notes, files, and other content it submits to the Service ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that Content solely to provide the Service to your Organization.

5. Availability. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

6. Termination. Your Organization's administrator may delete the Organization's account at any time, which permanently removes the Organization's data from the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Disclaimers and liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
