This Privacy Policy explains what information FranchiseLaunch collects, how it's used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect. Account information you or your Organization's administrator provide (name, work email, role), content you create in the Service (tasks, notes, comments, attachments), and technical information such as device type and push-notification tokens needed to deliver the Service.

2. How we use information. To provide and operate the Service, authenticate your account, send notifications you're entitled to receive (such as task assignments and approvals), process subscription payments through our payment provider, and improve the reliability of the Service.

3. Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only: within your Organization (visible to teammates and administrators according to their role), with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

4. Data retention. We retain your Organization's data for as long as the Organization's account is active. If an administrator deletes the Organization's account, its data is permanently removed from our systems.

5. Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices. You can review and update your account information within the Service. Your Organization's administrator can remove your account, which removes your access to the Service.

7. Children. The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
